To support operations for ongoing projects at Camp Sherman, the Army requested nine line items of bulk materials. This complex delivery required coordination with multiple partners to ensure the lowest cost while maintaining strict quality control over all items prior to delivery.
Gravel/Rock For FWS Great Dismal Swamp

The Fish & Wildlife Service needed 325 tons of 21A crusher run stone aggregate. We ensured delivery compliance by coordinating closely with the on-site point of contact, providing weight tickets to verify load counts and volumes. The delivery was completed accurately and accepted as required.
Monument Trail – Stone & Truck Hauling

For the National Park Service, we delivered 3,000 tons of landscaping material to one location and 2,000 tons to another. We ensured proper delivery with weight tickets and adhered to staging requirements, avoiding highway obstruction and ensuring a seamless process.

Our first bulk material contract involved delivering 1,000 tons of ballast stone to the Army ammunition plant in McAlester. This urgent delivery met strict standards, requiring diligent oversight from our company.
Skid Boards

The United States Air Force at Little Rock Air Force Base in Arizona requires a consistent supply of skid boards. This ongoing job involves the manufacturing and delivery of a specified quantity of skid boards at regular intervals to support operational needs.
Manufacturing: A skid board is a flat, sturdy platform used primarily for supporting, stabilizing, and transporting heavy or bulky items. These boards are typically made from durable materials such as wood, plastic, or metal and are designed to withstand substantial weight and harsh handling conditions. Skid boards are essential for efficient logistics, ensuring safe and effective transportation of goods within military and industrial environments.
Trash Compactor
Dublin, Georgia
January 12 2024 – May 17, 2024
The project encompassed the manufacturing, delivery and installation of a 35-yard raw material compactor.
Manufacturing: Partnering with a local company to Michigan, the compactor must meet the requirements set forth by the VA to ensure seemless transition from the prior compactor that was being used. shipping it to GA, then installing it at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center.
Shipping and Installation: After strenuous quality control, guaranteeing the correct characteristics were met, it was shipped to GA. Afterwards, installation was finally completed meeting ANSI Z245.2-2004 safety requirements for installation, maintenance, and operation of stationary compactors.
Window Detailing
Miami, Florida

AOML planed to replace its outdated exterior window wall system, which was last updated in 2000 and has since become inefficient. The project involved removing the existing single-pane glass system and installing a new, energy-efficient system. This update aims to improve comfort, reduce heat transfer, and decrease the HVAC load.
Design Development: We worked with AOML officials to confirm conditions and acceptable manufacturers, thereby developing conceptual and schematic designs.
Deliverables: The project required a series of design documents, including site plans, schematic drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
Cargo Trailer
McAlester, Oklahoma

The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant required a new cargo trailer to enhance operational efficiency. This specialized trailer needed to meet specific salient characteristics to integrate seamlessly into their existing workflow.
As the selected contractor, we prioritized meticulous scheduling, precise material delivery, and stringent quality control to ensure the trailer met the ammunition plant’s high standards and operational requirements.
