- FOB Destination: Stockpile site within Imperial NWR, ~45 minutes north of Yuma, AZ
Result: Aggregate stockpile staged within the performance window, supporting Bureau of Reclamation and USFWS refuge road rehabilitation projects.
USIBWC – Lower Rio Grande Levee Flexible Base Supply
December 11, 2024 – Januarry 27, 2025
- Furnished and delivered approx. 42,200 tons of flexible base (Type E, Grade 4 caliche-based material)
- Coordinated delivery to multiple levee reaches, including North Floodway, Retamal Dike, and Anzalduas Dam
- All material certified to meet gradation, compaction, and quality standards; inspections and weigh tickets provided per TXDOT Item
Result: Flexible base successfully delivered and staged across multiple levee segments, supporting IBWC’s flood control infrastructure and levee resurfacing program.
Vieques NWR – Road & Infrastructure Material Delivery
October 1, 2024 – June 11, 2025
- Delivered 2,640 tons of A-2-4 fill material for roadway foundation
- Delivered 3,523 tons of Mogolla (gabion stone, 3"–6", with dirt mix) for slope and drainage stabilization
- Delivered 337 tons of Riprap Class 1 (9"–15") for erosion protection at critical points
Result: Multi-material project staged and delivered via barge and on-island haul, supporting refuge roadway rehabilitation and erosion control needs within adjusted hurricane-season schedule.
Lake Woodruff NWR – Levee Rehabilitation
November 05, 2024 – November 27, 2024
- Delivered 2,470 cubic yards of clay and 745 cubic yards of dirt for levee core rebuilding
- Supplied 745 cubic yards of #57 stone aggregate for drainage layers
- Delivered 950 tons of FDOT-approved base rock (limerock) for surfacing and compaction
Result: All levee rehabilitation materials delivered to Lake Woodruff NWR, supporting critical refuge flood protection infrastructure.
Everglades Headwaters NWR – Roadbase Supply
October 28, 2024 – November 08, 2024
- Supplied 900 cubic yards (~1,455 tons) of non-FDOT roadbase, shell-stabilized base or equivalent
- Material sized approximately 1.5" to dust, compliant with FDEP regulations for clean debris sources
- Delivered via CR-68 access route with on-site tailgate spreading; weather-dependent daily truckloads
Result: Road material delivered and staged for stabilization of access routes at Everglades Headwaters National Wildlife Refuge, ensuring compliance with environmental and access constraints.
Merced NWR – Gravel and Cobble Supply
August 15, 2024 – November 30, 2024
- Supplied 240 tons of G-4/8 cobble for East Marsh stabilization and 160 tons for North Marsh
- Delivered 500 tons of virgin 3/4" AB gravel (Class 2 spec) for refuge access roads
Result: Aggregate and cobble staged across marsh areas and access roads, supporting refuge infrastructure maintenance and habitat protection.
Joint Base Lewis-McChord – Base Gravel Supply
June 16, 2025 – June 30, 2025
- Supplied 8,000 tons of 1 1/4" minus base course crushed shot rock gravel
- Delivered FOB destination to W12K JBLM Lewis DPW, Building 2012B, Liggett Ave, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA
- All deliveries inspected and accepted on-site by government personnel within 7 days of receipt
Result: Aggregate staged and delivered within the 30-day performance period, supporting roadway and infrastructure improvements at JBLM.
McAlester Army Ammunition Plant – Type A Base Course and Railroad Ballast
March 24, 2025 – April 30, 2025
- Delivered 1,500 tons of 1 1/2" Base Course
- Furnished an additional 2,000 tons of Railroad Ballast No. 4
- Material staged for roadway and infrastructure maintenance within installation
Result: Aggregate delivered and staged within the 30-day performance period, supporting roadway and facility maintenance at Rock Island Arsenal.
NIFC Mobility Center – pit run
March 6, 2025 – May 31, 2025
- Supplied and delivered aggregate for expanded NIFC parking area in Boise, Idaho
- Materials included: 1,560 tons of compacted pit run subbase (ISPWC Sec. 801), 620 tons of ¾" Type I crushed base aggregate (ISPWC Sec. 802), and 180 tons of ¾" surface chips
Result: Aggregate staged and delivered on schedule, meeting ISPWC gradation standards for subbase, base, and surface layers at the NIFC Mobility Center.
San Luis NWR – Class 2 Aggregate Base Delivery
September 1, 2024 – September 30, 2024
- Delivered up to 1,774 tons of 3/4-inch Class 2 aggregate base (“virgin gravel”) to refuge roads
- Material met California DOT specifications for Class 2 aggregate base
- Coordinated transport and staging at multiple refuge locations to support maintenance and access improvements
Result: Aggregate supplied and staged within the 30-day performance window, supporting refuge access road stabilization.
Fort McCoy – 3" Dense Graded Base
August 28, 2024 – September 30, 2024
- Supplied 1,850 net tons of 3" dense graded base (breaker run)
- Material sourced from Gerke, meeting DOT and installation specifications
- Delivered FOB destination to Fort McCoy, inspected and accepted on-site by government personnel
Result: Aggregate delivered within 30-day period, supporting Fort McCoy roadway and training site stabilization needs.
Rocky Mountain NP – Road Base Delivery

- Supplied 1,500 tons of 3/4" CDOT Class 6 road base, certified weed-free
- Material staged for use in road maintenance and stabilization projects within Rocky Mountain NP

Great Dismal Swamp NWR – Crusher Run Gravel

- Delivery coordinated to refuge yard at 3100 Desert Road, Suffolk, VA
- Material stockpiled for use in replacing water control structures
Result: Contract completed withing four delivery days with full acceptance from the Fish and Wildlife Service
Camp Sherman JTC – Aggregate & Materials Delivery
July 13, 2024 – July 22, 2024
- Supplied 4,604 wet tons of OHDOT-approved gravel (#304, #1, #2, and #57 limestone)
- Delivered and staged erosion control & site stabilization items: woven geotextile fabric, silt fence, straw wattling, and Dandy Bags
- Provided galvanized chain link fencing and terminal posts to support site security improvements
Result: Enhanced roadway surfaces, and drainage at Camp Sherman Joint Training Center.
Savannah NWR – Type 3 Riprap Delivery

- Supplied and delivered 800 tons of GA DOT Type 3 granite riprap
- FOB Destination to Savannah NWR Maintenance Yard, Hardeeville, SC
- Complied with GA DOT specifications for riprap gradation and quality

Big Cypress National Preserve - limerock

- Supplied and hauled 5,000 tons of FDOT-approved limerock base to Big Cypress National Preserve
- Coordinated deliveries with NPS across two designated dump sites: Monument Trail (primary) and HQ (alternate)
Result: All tonnage delivered within schedule, meeting FDOT gradation and LBR requirements, ensuring stabilized trail conditions for public and operational access.
